Concrete Rock Surfaces was created and is dedicated to providing quality form liners and a realistic stone coloration staining process.
OUR FORM LINERS
- Our liners are molded from "natural stone" which reveal textures, relief, crevices and shadows that exist in nature, we do not use clay beds to develop our liners.
- Our liners are constructed of high quality urethane, and can be single use liners or up to 10 and 30 use liners which have a plywood backing.
- We have liners for every use: Poured-in-place, pre-cast, large, small, and complex projects.
- We offer many patterns from Brick Systems and Brick form liners, multiple stone, and Art Deco patterns.
- Custom liners can be made to suit your every need.
- Our liners are specified by Highway Departments, Environmental Protect Agencies, Historical Societies, State and National Parks, and Municipalities.

- Art into Concrete - Can create custom liners with words or graphic images for concrete walls and bridges.
- Brick Systems - Optional methods of creating a brick surface form concrete.
- Shop Drawings - Available on request to assist in the placement of the liners.
- Staining - 20 + years of providing realistic coloration formulas for form lined concrete surfaces.
- Anti-Graffiti - Apply anti-graffiti coating to prevent damage form graffiti.
